Led by Prof. Shubhada Chapekar, the Dean of the School of Architecture, a comprehensive Faculty Induction program took place on September 15, 2023. This initiative, designed for both new and existing faculty members of SOA, aimed to achieve the following objectives:

1. Welcome and Support: Warmly welcoming and offering support to new faculty members.
2. Role Clarity: Ensuring faculty understand how their roles contribute to the institution’s vision.
3. Cultural Integration: Instilling the institute’s culture and values to foster unity.
4. Organizational Insights: Informing faculty about hierarchy, structure, policies, and procedures.
5. Defining Responsibilities: Clarifying role requirements and equipping faculty for excellence.

This program aligns our faculty with our mission of delivering quality education and excellence.
