On September 5th, 2023, the School of Architecture in Lohegaon orchestrated a comprehensive induction program for the first-year B.Arch and M.Arch students. Meticulously organized by the first-year core faculty team, the Academic Coordinator, and the Masters Program Coordinator, the event aimed to seamlessly integrate students into their new academic environment, imbuing them with the institution’s ethos and culture while encouraging exploration of academic interests and participation in diverse activities.

A notable feature of the program was the esteemed presence of Prof. Ar. Jayshree Deshpande, Director of COA TRC (Council of Architecture Training and Research Centre), who graced the occasion as the Guest of Honor. Prof. Jayshree Deshpande shared invaluable insights with the students, shedding light on the myriad opportunities awaiting them in the field of Architecture post-graduation.

Further enriching the induction, Prof. Shubhada Chapekar provided comprehensive insights into the college, its prospects, and the innovative syllabus. Emphasizing the pivotal role of parental support in a student’s learning journey, she acknowledged the uniqueness of each individual’s learning style.
